The theme
for this food show is California Dreamin’. The twelve
booths are back to back, six on each side (60’ long). The beach, water,
mountains and clouds are layers of styrofoam, painted and fitted together
in 10’ lengths. All the smaller pieces are styrofoam, carved,
painted and attached to the background pieces and placed so they hide the
seams.
